New Custody Agreement

Britney and K-Fed’s lawyers have gone back to court and worked out a new custody agreement between the couple. The agreement is only temporary, but for June, July, and August, Britney will get to take care of their children more than 50% of the time. Part of the agreement also outlined exactly what days each parent will take the kids. Once her tour is over, the agreement will go back to being 50/50.

KFed talks to People...
KFed on what went wrong with his marriage to Britney:
It's hard enough to be in a marriage, and then have a kid, then kids, it changes everything. For me, I'd become more concerned with my children. Not that I ignored Britney, but my kids are always most important ... I mean, we were having complications. I didn't give her an ultimatum, but I was trying to work stuff out with her, and she didn't even talk to me or anything and went behind my back and filed [for divorce]. [I was] completely blindsided.

KFed on people thinking he only wanted custody of the kids for cash reasons:
My first question to [my lawyer] was, "Am I ever going to be able to see my children?" I told him that I would spend every last dime that I had to make sure that my children are okay. That's all that mattered. I didn't know how much power Britney had. That really scared me.

KFed on the night that Brit lost her mind and was thrown into the rubber room:
That whole night is a blur. You want to talk about one of my lowest points of depression, that was probably one of them. I was very, very worried for her 'cause I care about her. That's the mother of my children. Just because I'm not in love with her doesn't mean that I don't love her. I'm definitely rooting for her. There's nothing more that I want than for her to be in the best health and doing what she loves to do.

Spears son in hospital

Britney's son Jayden had a seizure.
He apparently suffered it yesterday afternoon while hanging out with his family in Kentwood, Louisiana.
A source told The Sun, “One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill. He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialed an ambulance."
The ambulance people told Britney it would take their slow asses 30-minutes to get to "the Spears compound," so she decided just to drive him to the hospital herself. She made it to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre in about 25-minutes.
The doctors weren't able to figure out what caused the seizure, so they are keeping him in the hospital for observation. Britney stayed with him overnight. KFed is currently on his way to Mississippi to be with his son.

Broadway Curtain Closes on KFed...

Legally Blonde producers gave Kevin Federline his walking papers, an insider tells Star. “Kevin was acting like a Broadway diva, and he hasn’t even stepped onto the stage yet!”
An emergency casting call has been sent out to fill Kevin’s trio of roles, including a dim-witted UPS delivery man. Until recently, Kevin had been planning on taking sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to live in NYC in September while he worked on the Tony-nominated musical adaptation.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their custody battle.
K-Fed gets the kids. Solely.
Federline's attorney issued this statement:
"At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner. Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving."

Britney Spears Dad offered KFed $4.5 million to remarry Brit so says Star Magazine.

A source told Star that Daddy Spears has been trying to get KFed back in Brit's life for a long time now. He's been in negotiations with KFed while keeping it from his unstable child.
They went on to say that Daddy's latest offer to KFed is $4.5 million. The source said, “His latest offer is $4.5 million in cash and a trust account set up with another $5 million if Kevin moves back in with Britney within a year. If they actually remarry, Jamie will add another $5 million to Kevin’s account.”

Star Magazine claims that Britney and KFed have been enjoying late-night phone sex sessions. It all started when she couldn't sleep (can you spell 10 FRAPS a day?) so she decided to call KFed at 2am. At first they talked about tatter tot and small fry, but their conversation quickly turned into phone sex.
A source said, "They have phone sex often — at least once a week. The one thing those two have in common is their need for sex, and after they get going, there are no holds barred."

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has agreed to let the pop-wreck see their two sons, but only if the singer’s mom, Lynne gives the go-ahead first, according to sources.
Britney’s mom is currently looking after tatter tot and small fry, while Federline attends New York Fashion Week.
The source said: “K-Fed and Lynne get on really well. He hopes Lynne can bring Britney 'round so that she can have some parental bonding time with her kids.
