Spears son out of the hospital

Britney Spears' son, Jayden James, was released from the hospital last night more than 24 hours after he was found "vague and unresponsive" at her parent's home in Louisiana. People reports:

"A source close to the Spears family has told us that Britney and family have left the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center," says the update. "Jayden is fine. "Spears was photographed outside the facility Monday evening, cradling her youngest son as they entered a waiting SUV. A source tells PEOPLE the boy was hospitalized overnight after suffering a "terrible allergic reaction" to something he ingested."

Britney's son Jayden had a seizure.
He apparently suffered it yesterday afternoon while hanging out with his family in Kentwood, Louisiana.
A source told The Sun, “One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill. He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialed an ambulance."
The ambulance people told Britney it would take their slow asses 30-minutes to get to "the Spears compound," so she decided just to drive him to the hospital herself. She made it to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre in about 25-minutes.
The doctors weren't able to figure out what caused the seizure, so they are keeping him in the hospital for observation. Britney stayed with him overnight. KFed is currently on his way to Mississippi to be with his son.

Daddy's In Charge Forever

Court extends Spears' conservatorship indefinitely...
Britney Spears' father will maintain indefinite control of her personal and financial affairs after a court commissioner extended the arrangement beyond 2008.
The conservatorship, which had been set to expire Dec. 31, 2008 also allows the people controlling Spears' affairs — a group that includes father Jamie Spears and several attorneys — some say in her professional career.
It's a move the singer apparently approves: A court-appointed attorney said the details had been explained to the 26-year-old and she agreed not to oppose it.
Spears could petition later to have the conservatorship removed, but the court's order otherwise constitutes a lifetime arrangement or until they feel she's not completely nuts anymore, whichever one comes first.
A few sources closes to Britney said that the permanent conservatorship would make it easier for her to regain custody of SPF and JJ. The family judge might give her more visits if she has Daddy Spears watching over her and the boys.

Broadway Curtain Closes on KFed...

Legally Blonde producers gave Kevin Federline his walking papers, an insider tells Star. “Kevin was acting like a Broadway diva, and he hasn’t even stepped onto the stage yet!”
An emergency casting call has been sent out to fill Kevin’s trio of roles, including a dim-witted UPS delivery man. Until recently, Kevin had been planning on taking sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to live in NYC in September while he worked on the Tony-nominated musical adaptation.

Battle of the Brit is Over...

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their custody battle.

Federline's attorney issued this statement:
"At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner. Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving."

Britney Spears saw her sons again Monday, while her father sought to quickly end a civil rights challenge to his control of her affairs.

The singer's children Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, were driven to her Studio House by Kevin Federline's bodyguard for a three-hour visit.

Sensitivity, Style and Alli Sims

Britney Spears' cousin, coattail riding gold digger and former assistant Alli Sims was not involved with rescuing the singer during her breakdown.
It was reported that Sims used "...brute force to pry the singer out of the bathroom where she had barricaded herself with son Jayden James."
But Sims denies it: "I absolutely was not there. And even if I was there I would not have banged down the door with a hammer, that's not my style. I would have knocked!"

...in other words, Alli would never attempt to help a family member in serious need...it's not her style...

Britneys' baby bruised/Kfed awarded full custody

Kevin Federline and Britney Spears’ 2-year-old son Jayden James Federline was hospitalized this morning along with his mother, who is in 72-hour pysch ward lockdown.
The singer’s youngest son was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center via ambulance because Britney said that he had a bruise on him, adding that she did not do 'it'.
