Expect a Nick Hogan Reality Show in 3...2...

Nick Hogan was set free from jail at 12:30 this morning in Clearwater, Florida after serving 166 days of his 8-month sentence. He was given time off for good behavior. Nick was sent to the jail after he pleaded no contest to reckless driving. Nick was greeted by his sister 'muffin-top' AKA Brooke Hogan.

This morning Nick's mom, Linda Hogan, released this statement:
"This is our time as a family to come together to support Nick's adjustment back into the public life keeping it as normal as possible. Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media's role and only ask that they respect our privacy.
Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time"

Threats against The Hulkster

The voicemail threats made against Hulk Hogan and his family (all together above) -- calling them "whores" and threatening to "piss on you and your family's grave" -- have been released ... and man are they creepy.
Bubba the Love Sponge, radio host and Hogan family friend, played the messages allegedly made by John Graziano's brother, Frank, on his show. John Graziano, you'll remember, is Nick Hogan's friend who was seriously injured in the car wreck Nick is now serving time for. Clearwater, Florida Police says there is an "open investigation" into the calls.
According to the Tampa Tribune, John Graziano's dad, Edward, confirmed that the voice on the tape is that of Frank Caruso, John's 32-year-old half-brother. He said Caruso is a child from his estranged wife's first marriage.

BROOKE HOGAN DOES NOT APPROVE!

Brooke Hogan is "totally freaked out" over her 48-year-old mother dating a 19-year-old semen factory. Yes, that dude is 19. Yes, in human years.
Brooke told E! News, "I personally don’t like it at all or condone it, but she’s my mom, so I have to show her support."
Brooke also said that Linda's new man/boy-toy or whatever we're calling him is one of her incarcerated brother, Nick Hogan's classmates.
She went on to say, "I went to school with him. He was a grade under me...Me and Nick know him well. Me and Nick are two years apart, and he was right between us (in school)."

Nick Hogan: Daily Activities

While John Graziano is unresponsive to light in his eyes or the voices of his parents, here's a list of Nick Hogan's daily activities:

• Morning Breakfast: Approx. 3:30 a.m. in the cell
• Working away from the cell in Inmate Property Section: Approx. 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. No work on Saturday and Sunday
• Lunch: Approx. 10:30 a.m. - in the Inmate Property Section
• Visitation: 3:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at Video Visitation booth on the floor, down the hall from his cell.
• Dinner: Approx. 4:00 p.m. in the cell
  

Daily activities where Hogan is out of his cell also include; Attorney visits, recreation (1 hour), several daily telephone calls
Other services available to Hogan: Inmate library books are delivered, Chaplain services, inmate mail, law library materials are available by request, commissary items."

Nick Hogan is a WHINER...

Nick Hogan is a BIG BABY.
Today he asked the court to transfer him from solitary confinement to monitored home mansion confinement until he turns 18 in July. Once he turns 18 he's willing to serve his sentence in minimum-security.
Nick isn't old enough for the jail's minimum-security area, so he's whining about how it's unfair for him to be put in a small cell for 16 to 17 hours a day.

Breaking News: Nick Hogan gets 8 months in Jail

Nick Hogan, the 17-year-old son of former wrestler Hulk Hogan, was sentenced to serve eight months in jail for his role in the August car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, critically injured.
After his time served he will be put on five years’ probation and upon his release from prison, Nick must perform 500 hours of community service, as well as complete a DUI school within his first year on the outside. The Hogan divorce could be one, big ugly fabrication. The lawyers of John Graziano's family believes it might be reports The SP Times .

John Graziano is the man who remains in the hospital and is suffering from brain damage due to a car accident involving Hulk's son Nick Hogan.
Kimberley Kohn, the Graziano attorney, thinks it's a way for them to protect their assets.
Linda Hogan has asked for half of everything including a Bel Air mansion and a Florida home. Kimberly said if Linda gets half that would also cut Hulk's assets in half. If the car involved in the crash is not registered to both Linda and Hulk it could be hard to go after her, so they would have to go after Hulk only; giving them less money.
Graziano is planning to file a civil suit against the Hogans in 2008 and will file as if Linda and Hulk are still married.
