Marilyn & Michael Meet Harmonie


In the late 1990s, Harmonie Korine established himself as one of the edgiest enfant terribles of American indie cinema, writing Larry Clark's controversial "Kids," which introduced Rosario Dawson and Chloë Sevigny, and writing and directing "Gummo" and "Julien Donkey-Boy."

Then nothing ... until now. His latest film is "Mister Lonely"

A Michael Jackson impersonator working in Paris meets a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, who invites him to come live at her commune where she lives with her husband, a Chaplin impersonator, and a band of other impersonators, including the pope (James Fox), Queen Elizabeth (Anita Pallenberg), Abraham Lincoln and a handful of others, including the Three Stooges, Shirley Temple and Sammy Davis Jr.
