More Jackson Drama

According to TMZ, Randy says that something ain't clean about Michael Jackson's will. Michael signed it on July 7, 2002 in Los Angeles, but Randy says this is impossible since his brother was all the way in NYC at the time. The lawyer for Michael's estate, Howard Weitzman, says that the witnesses were with Michael Jackson when he signed his will, but he would not say if all of them were in NYC or L.A. at the time.

Of course, Rev. Al Sharpton has piped in to confirm that Michael was with him in NYC on the 7th. The two of them attended a protest against Tommy Mottola who was under fire for allegedly discriminating against Black artists. Rev. Al says he will plans to speak to the family about this.

Jackson Family Honors...

When Michael Jackson was alive, he went to great lengths (i.e. masks) to make sure his kids lives' be as private as possible. Well, the 3 kids are going to star in the new A&E reality show about the Jackson family which airs this December.

According to US WEEKLY even though Janet and Katherine are on the show, not all the Jacksons are happy about this. Rebbie has refused to be a part of it, and she doesn't think MJ's kids should involved either. The source added, "Rebbie feels Michael would spin in his grave if he knew his kids would be on this show."

The show's executive producer told UsWeekly, "We have 23 cast members with the last name Jackson. They've done a great job opening up about losing a brother."

It's Official

The Los Angeles County's coroner's report on the death of Michael Jackson was just released and they officially ruled his death a homicide. OMG La Toya is doing the "I Told You So" dance.

They listed his cause of death as "acute propofol intoxication." This isn't all that shocking since it was already reported that Michael's private doctor gave him a shot of propofol on the day of his death after a bunch of other drugs wouldn't knock him out.

The coroner also stated that in addition to propofal, Lorazepam was also responsible for his death. Other drugs found in his system were: midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine, and ephedrine.

Also, the cops found 2 bags of pot in the house....

Michael Jackson's Death Ruled A Homicide

The L.A. County Coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide. The L.A. Times reports that a search warrant filed in Houston states that after an autopsy was conducted, deadly amounts of of the anesthetic propofol were found in Michael's body. This means that Michael's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, will most likely face criminal charges.

Dr. Conrad Murray had admitted to detectives that he gave Michael 50 milligrams of propofol every day. Dr. Conrad Murray also said he was afraid Michael was starting to get addicted to it, so he tried to wean him off.

Dr. Conrad Murray lowered the dosage to 25 milligrams, but also mixed in a little lorazepam and midazolam.

On the morning of Michael's death, Dr. Conrad Murray said he tried to get him to sleep without using propofol, so he gave him a valium at 1:30. When that didn't work, he gave him a shot of lorazepam thirty minutes later. And when that didn't work, he gave him a shot of midazolam thirty minutes after that. As the hours went by, Dr. Conrad Murray kept feeding Michael various drugs, but nothing was working. At 10:40am, Michael demanded that Dr. Conrad Murray give him a shot of propofol. Dr. Conrad Murray gave in. After he gave him the propofol, he went to the bathroom. When he came back 2 minutes later, Michael was not breathing.

The cops found 8 bottles of propfol in Michael's home, but none of it traces back to Dr. Conrad Murray. They aren't sure who purchased it or where. Other pills and vials found in Michael's house were prescribed by various doctors including Dr. Conrad Murray, Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Allan Metzger.

The Great Mausoleum -- where stars like Clark Gable and Jean Harlow were laid to rest -- is considered a private area, where only property owners and family members are allowed to go.

So Mike will really "Rest in Peace" without the opportunity of his money grubbing family to cash in on the paying Graceland loving people of this country getting their chance...
