HULK Hogan is sounding homicidal over the way his wife Linda dumped him, forced him out of his $18 million mansion, allegedly started spending his money at the rate of $40,000 a month and dating "some shaggy-haired pool boy 30 years her junior," Rolling Stone reports. "I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody's throat," he told the magazine. "You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it."

Celebrity Tax Evaders

California's budget deficit would shrink by nearly $5 million if singer Dionne Warwick and comedian Sinbad Adkins would pay their taxes.
They are among the state's biggest tax scofflaws, according to a report issued Thursday by the Franchise Tax Board.
Sinbad owes $2.5 million in personal income tax while Warwick owes $2.2 million, putting them in the top 10 of the state's 250 worst tax debtors.

O.J. Simpson has been sentenced to at least 15 years in prison for a Las Vegas hotel armed robbery by a judge who rejected his apology and said, "It was much more than stupidity."

TMZ.com Paid $165,000 For O.J. Tape

Memorabilia dealer Thomas Riccio scored the checkbook journalism windfall of a lifetime from TMZ.com last September, days after Simpson and a small posse confronted two businessmen inside the Palace Station Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The tape, which Riccio turned over to prosecutors after selling a copy to TMZ, captured the loud encounter between Simpson and company...and Alfred Beardsley and Bruce Fromong, the collectibles dealers whom the former athlete accused of stealing (and trying to sell) some of his personal belongings.
Riccio signed a TMZ contract containing a confidentiality clause barring him from disclosing details of the financial transaction, presumably so that future "sources" don't use the $165,000 payoff as a template in their negotiations with the site, which is co-owned by Time/Warner's AOL and Telepictures units. TMZ is apparently the only Time/Warner entity that is allowed to pay for stories or tips (that corporate roster includes CNN, magazines like Time, People, and Sports Illustrated, and The Smoking Gun website which, ironically, posted the story originally).

The Juice has his bail doubled

At today's bail revocation hearing, Clark County District Court Judge Jackie Glass doubled his previous $125,000 bail, saying, "I don't know, Mr. Simpson, what the heck you were thinking -- or maybe that's the problem -- you weren't," adding, "I don't know if it's just arrogance. I don't know if it's ignorance. But you've been locked up at the Clark County Detention Center since Friday because of arrogance or ignorance -- or both." She told him he had to stay in jail until 15% of the bail -- in cash -- was paid. O.J.'s attorney told the court that Simpson's home would be put up as collateral.

The District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas is currently meeting with the judge in this case Jackie Glass. The D.A. has filed a motion in Clark County Court asking that O.J.’s bail be revoked. The hearing is set for this coming Wednesday.
