Denise Richards' lawyer called an emergency hearing in Los Angeles to review “serious issues” in Charlie Sheens' home that could be damaging to the couple’s kids.
Richards' attorney handed over videotape of the famous couples' two daughters, which shows them behaving in an alarming way - according to Richards.
After consulting two expert witnesses, the judge dismissed Richards’ request to alter her current custody arrangement with her ex.

Outside court Sheen's attorney said, “Charlie is thrilled with the results.”
Adding, “She (Richards) lost for the second time in seeking to change any of the custodial arrangements that currently exist for Mr. Sheen and the children.”
