Subpoena the Pope

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky — Pope Benedict XVI (above) should be questioned soon about clergy sex abuse in the Catholic church because he is the most knowledgeable person on the topic and his advanced age makes future testimony unlikely, an attorney said Monday.
