Remember during the old San Francisco 49er days when Terrell Owens accused Jeff Garcia of being gay? Garcia has come a long way, babe. He's now in Tampa Bay and is the envy of pretty much every man alive. After being released by a couple of teams on which he had not performed poorly, I began to form an impression that Jeff was not in simpatico with his teammates. After hearing him speak, I formed a tentative impression that he was indeed gay, ‘not that there is anything wrong with that’ outside of the universe of professional football (basketball, baseball and soccer).
I viewed him last evening in what I can, at this moment, only describe as an outfit that Alyssa Milano and Jennifer Aniston would covet.
It is rather sad that a mediocre to average quarterback suffers from his sexual orientation and more so that he is unable to acknowledge same in our society.
