Senate Judiciary approves Mukasey nomination
After Democratic Sens. Charles Schumer and Dianne Feinstein on Friday announced they would support the embattled nomination of Michael Mukasey to be attorney general, Sen. Arlen Specter also threw his support to the nominee.
