This Mexican Dish too Spicy?

MEXICO CITY - Did pop singer Paulina Rubio break the law when she posed for a magazine in nothing but the red, white and green of the Mexican flag?
In the Spanish edition of Cosmopolitan magazine, blonde-haired Rubio, known as ''La Chica Dorada,'' or The Golden Girl -- is in the nude, clutching the flag in front of her to cover up.
The photos may have violated a national law that states "private individuals will give the appropriate respect to the national symbol and handle it with care.''
The photos will be examined to determine whether the article in question is a genuine flag. If analysis of the images show the national flag was used inappropriately a non-criminal case will be opened. The offense can be punished by fines ranging up to about $4,500.

...one obvious fan's comment....
I'd like to see her spread-eagled on a giant taco covered in meat and taco fixings while mariachi's play and pour Tecate and tequila on her. I'm proud of the Mexican government for confronting the important issues--leave the poverty, racism, drugs wars and corruption for a rainy day.
