'Batman Begins' Writer Launches New Comic Film

BATMAN BEGINS and BLADE writer DAVID GOYER has started work on a new project titled SUPER MAX.
Goyer gave up bringing a third superhero comic book to the big screen, after his version of THE FLASH was rejected by movie giants Warner Bros in February (07).
But according to the Hollywood Reporter, Goyer will be co-producing a new superhero film with his wife, JESSIKA BORSICZKY GOYER.
The project, funded by movie giants Warner Bros, will be built around the fictional DC Comic character GREEN ARROW, who gets tossed into a maximum security prison for super-villains after he is wrongly convicted of a crime.
Goyer says, "They shave his goatee and they take his costume and send him to prison for life, and he has to escape.
"It's like (San Francisco prison) Alcatraz, and he has to team up with, in some cases, some of the very same villains he is responsible for incarcerating in order to get out and clear his name.
"Of course, tons of people try to kill him while he's in there. We've populated the prison with all sorts of B and C villains from the DC Universe."
