Madonna - whose new album, Hard Candy, is in shops now - grabbed a much younger dancer during a free gig at the Olympia theater in Paris.
The singer, who is married to film director Guy Ritchie, turns fifty this year, and some have suggested that this latest episode is intended to keep her feeling fresh.
Five years ago she famously engaged in lengthy French kisses with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

Cover art for her upcoming album Hard Candy (due April 29) finds Madonna going for a literal interpretation. The newly revealed photo shows the Hall-of-Famer looking whorish in over-the-knee boots and a wrestling belt, her infamous 'Vadge' front and center, and a background of pink peppermint swirls.
Look for the album's first single, Four Minutes To Save the World with Justin Timberlake, to debut on a television commercial.
