Returning with new episodes as part of its 12th season, "South Park" didn't level its aim at presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain (fingers are crossed for such an episode to be forthcoming). A galactic struggle over who owns the rights to the iconic stormtrooper costumes used in the Star Wars film series has ended with both sides claiming the force of the High Court is with them.
Andrew Ainsworth, a prop designer on the original 1977 movie who now peddles replica stormtrooper helmets and body armour suits from a small shop in south London, was cleared of violating British copyright law.
