White House State Dinner Menu for Mexican President

A salad of jicama with oranges, grapefruit and pineapple citrus vinaigrette; an herb green ceviche; Oregon Wagyu beef in Oaxacan black mole (one of Bayless' signature moles); and several desserts, including goat cheese ice cream.
