Upskirt Felony

Columbia County, Georgia — A Greenbrier High School student has been arrested and charged with taking pictures with a cell phone up a teacher’s skirt. Curtis James Pickard, 17, has been charged with that crime.
According to a police report, several other students told deputies that Pickard took the pictures and then showed them to other students.
The report states the teacher identified her underwear and legs in the pictures.
