LOUISVILLE, Kentucky - The Kentucky Humane Society is taking an edgy way to get their point across. They want more people to spay and neuter their animals and are using sex in their advertising...so, they've teamed with Hooters to get their point across.
The campaign is called "Hooters for Neuters" and has garnered success in the past.
