Flint Fashion Police
Flint, Michigan - Interim Police Chief David Dicks is asking his officers to ticket and arrest anyone wearing pants or shorts below their waist, indecently exposing their buttocks.
Dicks says the punishment is 93 days up to one year in jail and/or a $500 fine.
