Ashley Tisdale Does Not Have HIV

A massive rumor spread on the Internet that the High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale, 22, is HIV positive and that she had contracted the disease during her nose job operation last year. The gossip prompted Ashley's fans to post tribute videos on YouTube , supporting their idol.
Since then, her rep has slammed reports, telling People magazine that they are "completely untrue." Reportedly, sites were posting what they claimed was a statement from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to back-up their claim. However, since then Cedars has also clarified, "We absolutely did not issue a release."
