Memorial Day 2008

No matter your ancestry, your race, color or creed...no matter your political ideology, your empathy or apathy...if you are American and understand the freedoms we enjoy and take for granted...if you realize that a group of visionaries adopted liberty and created the democratic republic we call home by declaring and scribing the Constitution of the United States of America...a document that has become the standard bearer of freedom, equality and humanity...then you cannot deny the memory of those that gave their lives...beyond bravery, beyond honor or duty...but a commitment to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...
Today we honor them and thank them for their sacrifice.
