Moonvertizing

Companies have attempted countless marketing schemes, and now we have "moonvertising".

Basically, Rolling Rock Beer says they are attempting to broadcast a beacon (can you say Bat-Signal) on the moon to advertise Rolling Rock Beer.
Users can log on, enter in a virtual moonvertisement and share with friends as well as download a PDF explaining the process.

Before you head to the website (...or leap over tall buildings) to plan for the next moon viewing, take note: "Moonvertising" is a hoax. Coca-Cola actually attempted this in 1999, but the FAA wouldn't allow it. Rolling Rock's website is just a clever way to get people to notice the beer brand and gaze at the full moon (maybe).
