These photos were taken from video as Britney Spears left the UCLA Medical Center and B-lined it directly to the Beverly Hills Hotel...where her vehicle was promptly swarmed by paparazzi who had chased her the entire distance.
The chase ended when cops arrived and broke up the paparazzi party. Britney was promptly escorted inside.
