Britney Spears was released from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday morning, according to TMZ.com Few details were available at press time, but the site speculated that the "5150 hold" -- under which the singer could be held against her will for 72 hours -- can be lifted if doctors determine she is no longer a danger.
