Imperiled Penguins
Global warming is threatening one of the most endearing symbols of Antarctica - the penguin.
Four species of penguin are facing a dual threat from loss of nesting sites and a shortage of food.
The most vulnerable of the four species at risk is the biggest, the Emperor - the others are Gentoo, Chinstrap, and Adélie - have suffered dramatic drops in population, according to the Antarctic Penguins and Climate Change report.
