But that's what relatively low-key Rolling Stone guitarist Ron Wood says happened when his penchant for freebasing cocaine began to grate on drugs elder statesman. Richards' intervention didn't go so well — because the communication associated itself with a gun and a knife on Ronnie, but a talking-to by singer Mick Jagger proved more successful, prompting Wood to check into rehab.
