Canada's Sex Party goes to Court

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Canada -- Arguments will begin Monday in federal court over what constitutes explicit sex in a legal challenge launched by the Sex Party, a registered political party in B.C.
During the last federal election campaign in 2006, the party tried to do a mass mail-out of a political pamphlet. Canada Post refused to deliver it.
The case will explore why Canada Post wouldn't deliver the Sex Party pamphlet but did deliver a homophobic religious tract last year, which some Vancouver Canada Post employees found offensive.
