McMINNVILLE, Ore. -- Two 13 year old boys facing criminal charges after they were accused of swatting girls on their bottoms and poking their breasts at their middle school could avoid a trial and a criminal record if everybody involved can reach a legal agreement called a "civil compromise"
The boys, apparently inspired by the movie "Jackass," were accused in police reports of swatting girls on the bottom, grabbing girls' breasts on at least two occasions, teaming up to "dry hump" girls from both sides, poking girls' breasts and engaging in what's known as "party boy" dancing mimicking sexual intercourse.
