Details of the Brawl at The Wynn LV.
The brawl between Britney Spears' bodyguard and two paparazzi was called into a Metro dispatcher last Thursday about 20 minutes later by Wynn Las Vegas security.
Spears is only identified as a "high-profile guest" and the caller notes that one of the photographers was shoved into a window. One had "head injuries," said the caller, but an ambulance wasn't necessary.
