The Bootylicious singer's shirt flew up as she was dancing at a concert in Toronto - and she was not wearing anything underneath.
Clearly embarrassed, Beyonce moved backwards and pulled down her flowing shirt, holding on to it as she completed her dance routine.
Fans captured the scene on mobile phone cameras.
Last month, footage of Knowles taking a tumble at a gig in Florida was uploaded on video-sharing sites despite pleas from the singer for fans to keep the incident private.
