Miss July, Sara Jean Underwood, named Playboy's 2007 Playmate of the Year

The 23-year old Underwood, whose official measurements are 32B-24-31, may have one of the smallest breasts of any previous playmate winners. Upon hearing the news, the question that some bloggers immediately had on their mind was whether Underwood had breast augmentation and if so, why did she get such small implants.

A close examination of Underwood confirms that she has implants (what recent playmate has not had implants is a good trivia question), with the telltale signs being perfectly round breasts and an unnaturally wide cleavage. Moreover, it seems that Sarah Jean Underwood also had a rhinoplasty (nose job). Rounding off the beauty’s artificial accessories is her bleach blond hair and perfect pearly whites which may have had the help of a dental bleaching agent. But Playboy’s readers love the look and to her credit she is a veritably pretty girl and appears to have the American Pie girl-next-door personality to match her contrasting vixen bunny look. A healthy trend that may start in the wake of Sarah Jean ’s win is a demand for smaller, more realistic-sized implants
